SHIPPING OPTIONS

The exact amount of the shipping cost depends on the destination and the chosen shipping method. It is always shown separately in the cart.

The standard shipping for orders up to 62.00 euros is 12 euros.

Any promotions will be communicated on the homepage.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR WRONG SHIPMENTS

Upon delivery, the User is required to check that the packaging is not damaged and, if the product is damaged or does not conform to the order sent, not to accept the shipment, clearly writing on the delivery note the nature of the damage and/or the mistake.

The User is required to communicate the related problem to Cocktail House by sending an email to customer@spiritococktails.com. For any assistance, Customer Service is available on 0307284900. Hours: 8.30 - 12.30 / 13.30 - 17.30 / Monday - Friday.

Cocktail House will bear the shipping costs for returning defective or incorrectly shipped products.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, except holidays.

The products sold through the website www.spiritococktails.com are delivered throughout Italy. No rate changes will be applied for areas that are difficult to reach or remote. Shipping costs are always visible in the order check-out.


DELIVERY

Shipments are only made by courier. A signature is always required on delivery. It is the faculty of the User to accept that a delivery is signed by a person other than the User, provided that such person is present at the address provided and who has reached the age of 18 years. If no one was present at the time of delivery, the User will be asked to contact the courier in charge.
